Exhibitor Information

The "Mid-America Conference" has been held in early May at the beautiful Tan-Tar-A resort at the Lake of the Ozarks for more than 20 years. In that time our conference vendors have been a vitally important part of the conference's success.

In response to suggestions from vendors and attendees, a number of changes were made to the "Expo" experience for 2008. Changes included moving the expo to the center of the action in the ballrooms on the main floor of the facility, keeping the ballrooms open throughout the day and having all food and beverages served in this central location. Additionally, the overall length of the expo was shortened to allow time for vendors to have an evening out on the town with existing or prospective clients. These changes met with rave reviews from attendees and vendors alike. Foot traffic was improved significantly and the shorter schedule allowed us to offer an upgraded choice of menu items for breaks and dinner. That was met with rave reviews also!

Our 2009 Expo will feature an auto racing theme with checkered flags, plenty of orange cones, a floor track, some pit crew folks to help you out and some surprises. We're planning some race themed games to help provide you with additional booth traffic (our version of speed dating). If you're planning on bringing a door prize you may want to consider something that goes along with our theme.

Exhibiting at the 2009 Mid-America Safety, Health and Environmental Conference and Exposition is a great way to promote your business and the safety, health and environmental professions. If you have any questions, please contact Daisy Brown or Dale Findlay at 573-636-8167 or mosafety@mchsi.com.
